Terms of Trade

The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer notifies Tui Wood Works otherwise within 24 hours of delivery of the goods to the customer.

Tui WoodWorks allows refunds* on any online purchases within 24 hours. Please select your purchase carefully or contact us if you have any questions before completing the purchase. 

*This refund does not apply to quotes accepted by the customer for furniture or fencing projects. 

Tui WoodWorks shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whether suffered or incurred by the customer or another person whether such loss or damage arises directly or indirectly from goods or services or advice provided by Tui WoodWorks to the customer and without limiting the generality of the foregoing of this clause Tui WoodWorks shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage of any kind including without limitation.
